License
Warp Performance is licensed software, not sold.
When you purchase or subscribe to Warp Performance, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin according to your selected plan.
Your license allows use only for the number of sites permitted under your subscription.

Accounts

Subscriptions & Billing
Warp Performance is offered as a subscription service.
Subscriptions automatically renew based on the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
New subscriptions may include a free trial period. Billing will occur automatically after the trial ends if the subscription remains active.
Plan upgrades may be billed immediately and may adjust the billing cycle depending on the upgrade.
You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling it before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Trial & Refund Policy.
Because Warp Performance provides a free trial period for evaluation, refunds are limited and subject to the terms described in that policy.
Updates
Active subscriptions include access to plugin updates during the subscription period.

Support does not include custom development, third-party plugin troubleshooting, or server configuration beyond general guidance.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Warp Performance in ways that:

Abuse licensing systems or trial mechanisms

Attempt to reverse engineer or modify licensing protections
Warp Performance reserves the right to suspend or terminate licenses involved in abuse or misuse.

Warp Performance is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warp Performance and its operators shall not be liable for:
