14-Day Free Trial (New Customers)
Warp Performance offers a 14-day free trial for first-time users to evaluate the product before any billing occurs.
- No payment is collected at the start of the trial
- You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged
- If not cancelled, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial
The trial is available only once per user/account and does not apply to upgrades, renewals, or previously active subscriptions.
Warp Performance reserves the right to restrict or deny trial access in cases of duplicate accounts, repeated sign-ups, or suspected abuse.
Billing & Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed automatically based on the selected plan (monthly or yearly)
- Billing begins immediately after the trial ends unless cancelled
- Renewals are processed automatically on the billing date
Plan Changes
- Upgrades are applied immediately and billed on a prorated basis
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
Charges After Trial (Grace Window & Refunds)
If your subscription starts because the trial was not cancelled in time, the following policy applies:
Same-Day Grace Window
If you contact us on the same calendar day the charge occurs:
→ A refund will be issued after deducting non-recoverable payment processing fees only
Early Refund Window
If the request is made after the billing day but within a limited period:
→ Refunds may be issued after deducting:
- Payment processing fees, and
- A usage-based service fee (calculated based on actual usage and capped at 15%)
This ensures fairness by accounting for both access and resource usage.
Beyond Refund Eligibility
After this period:
→ Refunds are not available, as the subscription has been fully accessible and consumed.
Transaction Costs & Deductions
A portion of every payment is immediately consumed by:
- Payment gateway processing fees (non-reversible)
- Applicable taxes and compliance charges
As these costs are not recoverable, all approved refunds will include appropriate deductions as outlined above.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Failure to cancel after multiple billing cycles
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Plan upgrades or mid-cycle changes
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations
- Requests made outside the eligible refund window
Accounts with significant usage, optimization activity, or excessive resource consumption may not be eligible for refunds, even within the early refund window.
Abuse & Fair Use
Warp Performance actively monitors misuse of:
- Free trials
- Refund requests
- Account creation and licensing
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts and deny refunds where abuse, duplication, or attempts to bypass billing systems are detected.
