These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Warp Performance, including the plugin, licensing system, website, downloads, updates, and related services.
By purchasing, subscribing to, installing, accessing, or using Warp Performance, you agree to these Terms.
License
Warp Performance is licensed software and is not sold.
When you purchase or subscribe to Warp Performance, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the plugin according to your selected subscription plan.
Your license permits usage only for the number of sites allowed under your subscription.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, rent, lease, or transfer the plugin
- Share license keys publicly or with unauthorized parties
- Remove, modify, bypass, or interfere with licensing mechanisms
- Attempt to disable license verification systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works intended to bypass protections

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activities performed under your account.
Warp Performance reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in:
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of licensing systems
- Excessive trial abuse
- Chargeback abuse
- Violations of these Terms
- Activity affecting service stability or security
Subscriptions & Billing
Warp Performance is offered as a subscription-based service.
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
New subscriptions may include a free trial period for evaluation purposes. If the subscription remains active after the trial period ends, billing may occur automatically.
Plan upgrades may be billed immediately and may adjust the billing cycle accordingly.
You are responsible for monitoring and managing subscriptions, payment methods, and cancellations.
Failure to cancel before renewal may result in automatic billing.
Free Trial & Refunds
Warp Performance may provide a free trial period to allow evaluation before purchase.
Refund eligibility is governed by the Trial & Refund Policy.
Because users are provided an opportunity to evaluate Warp Performance through the trial period, refunds may be limited and subject to eligibility requirements described in the Refund Policy.
Abuse of trial systems, refund systems, repeated purchases, or chargeback abuse may result in account restrictions.
Updates
Active subscriptions include access to plugin updates during the subscription period.
Updates may include:
- Performance improvements
- Security updates
- Bug fixes
- Compatibility updates
- Feature additions
- Stability improvements
Access to updates ends when the subscription expires or is cancelled.
Warp Performance may modify features, functionality, or service availability as part of updates and product improvements.
Support
Support is available to customers with an active subscription.
Support includes:
- Plugin functionality assistance
- Installation guidance
- Warp Performance compatibility issues
- General configuration guidance
Support does not include:
- Custom development work
- Third-party plugin debugging
- Server administration
- Hosting support
- Custom code modifications
- Advanced optimization consulting beyond general guidance
Support is provided on a best-effort basis and response times may vary.
Compatibility & Warranty Disclaimer
Warp Performance is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain compatibility and stability, WordPress environments vary significantly across themes, plugins, hosting providers, server configurations, CDNs, caching layers, custom code, and third-party integrations.
Warp Performance does not guarantee compatibility with all themes, plugins, hosting environments, browsers, or third-party software.
Warp Performance is not responsible for conflicts, incompatibilities, performance differences, cache behavior, optimization results, rendering changes, indexing changes, server-side effects, or issues arising from third-party software or custom environments.
Use of optimization, cache management, asset optimization, database cleanup, preload systems, image processing, or performance features remains at the user’s discretion.
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining backups
- Testing on staging environments where appropriate
- Reviewing configuration changes before production deployment
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Warp Performance and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data, content, cache data, configurations, settings, or database information
- Website downtime or interruptions
- Performance degradation
- Cache issues or unexpected cache behavior
- SEO or indexing changes
- Third-party plugin conflicts
- Theme conflicts
- Server configuration issues
- Hosting-related failures
- Revenue loss
- Business interruption
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
You are responsible for reviewing settings, maintaining backups, and testing changes before production deployment.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable subscription period.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Warp Performance to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Abuse licensing systems
- Abuse free trial systems
- Circumvent subscription limitations
- Interfere with services or infrastructure
- Reverse engineer licensing protections
- Conduct fraudulent activity
Warp Performance reserves the right to suspend or terminate services, licenses, or accounts involved in misuse or abuse.
Termination
Warp Performance reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate access to licenses, accounts, updates, downloads, or services if these Terms are violated.
Termination does not remove obligations incurred before termination.
Changes to These Terms
Warp Performance may update these Terms periodically.
Updated versions will be published on this page together with an updated “Last updated” date.
Continued use of Warp Performance after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
